No. 2: Brooks finds his groove

On opening night, British Brooks ran for 103 yards over 15 carries, setting himself up for what looked like the start of a strong season.

However, an injury derailed him, and the emergence of Omarion Hampton has really limited his opportunities since.

In four games since returning, Brooks has tallied 77 total rushing yards with double the carries (30) in that span. He hasn’t had more than 25 rushing yards since, but that will change this week.

If the Tar Heels can get out to a comfortable lead, the running game will take over. Not wanting to burden Hampton with a heavy workload, Mack Brown will turn to Brooks, who will take advantage of the opportunity.

Not saying that Brooks will run for 200 yards here, but I expect him to record 75-90 yards and a score.

You can put that in the B(r)ooks!
