Which players will be representing the UNC basketball programs at the upcoming ACC Basketball Tipoff event in Charlotte, North Carolina?

The Atlantic Coast Conference will be hosting the 2023 ACC Basketball Tipoff next week at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. The women’s event will be held on Tuesday, October 24, while the men’s event will take place the day after on Wednesday, October 25.

In preparation for the event, the ACC announced which student-athletes will be representing their respective schools.

For the UNC women’s basketball program, head coach Courtney Banghart will be joined by senior captains Deja Kelly and Alyssa Ustby. This will be the second straight season that Kelly has represented North Carolina at the event.

The following day, the UNC basketball program will have the trio of head coach Hubert Davis, fifth-year senior Armando Bacot, and senior R.J. Davis on hand to meet with the media. Similar to Kelly, this will be the second time that Bacot has represented the UNC basketball program for conference media day festivities.

When you look at the student-athletes representing the program at this event, you can’t choose better representatives. Not only are they dedicated to the University of North Carolina as a whole, but have put together successful careers for the UNC basketball programs over the years they’ve been in Chapel Hill.

Fans can tune in to both days of the event, as the ACC Network will be live, providing expansive coverage from 8 AM to 5 PM each day.
