The ESPN College GameDay team seems pretty confident in their picks for the upcoming UNC football contest against Syracuse.

Every Saturday morning during the college football season, fans across the country wait to see if the ESPN College GameDay crew picks their favorite team to win.

This week, the crew predicted the UNC football program’s contest against Syracuse, and the vote was unanimous.

The panel of five all favored the UNC football program, as they expect the Tar Heels to defend its home field by taking care of business on Saturday afternoon.

Of course, the debut of Tez Walker was a major focal point for the analysts, but the star power of Drake Maye was also a major reason why the panel seemed to favor the UNC football program.

Celebrity guest picker, former Oklahoma quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield flat-out said that “Drake Maye is a stud” when announcing his intention to side with the Tar Heels.

Now that the College GameDay crew believes that the UNC football program should be the favorite in this one, it’s up to the guys to take care of business on the field as they host Syracuse in an important ACC clash!
