UNC Football: College GameDay picks favor Tar Heels
Which of the College GameDay analysts believe that the UNC football program will win tonight’s season opener?
At the end of ESPN’s College GameDay show, the panel of hosts made their annual picks for some of the biggest games in the sport.
The UNC football program’s contest against South Carolina is among them, as the panel voted in favor of the Tar Heels winning the game.
Desmond Howard and Pat McAfee (who cited that his pick was for his “good friend” Mack Brown), went with the UNC football program, while Kirk Herbstreit and South Carolina super fan (and celebrity guest picker) elected to go with the Gamecocks.
With the vote tied at two apiece, Lee Corso was the deciding pick, as he pulled out his Ram head to show that he was siding with the Tar Heels.
It was fun to see Corso wearing his Ram head on set, much to the displeasure of the South Carolina fans in attendance. Of course, we’ll have to wait and see which side was right in their pick after these two programs square off in Charlotte later on this evening.
Not going to lie… we love Howard, McAfee and Corso’s selections for this game!
