Week Ten: Campbell

Delahanty:

If this one isn’t a blowout in favor of the Tar Heels, we have much bigger problems on our hands.

Prediction: North Carolina 63, Campbell 17 (Record: 6-3)

Falls:

Should we really dive into this one? It’s a tune-up game and a chance for the young guys to get some playing time and experience against in-state FCS Campbell. Maye might put up big first-half numbers, but no reason he sees the field in the second half.

Prediction: North Carolina 63, Campbell 21 (Record: 7-2)

Ebersbach:

The Tar Heels will welcome a respectable FCS school to Chapel Hill for their last non-conference game of the season. Campbell has gained much respect lately as they have recruited many ranked players and landed many Division One transfers, but they will not stand a chance as the Tar Heels just have more pure talent. This should be a game where we see many backups receive some playing time which everyone wants.

Prediction: North Carolina 64, Campbell 10 (Record: 8-1)
