UNC Football vs. Mid-American Conference
There are 12 teams in the Mid-American Conference. At this point, the UNC football program has only competed against three of them. Here’s who the Tar Heels haven’t faced yet:
Akron
Ball State
Buffalo
Central Michigan
Eastern Michigan
Kent State
Northern Illinois
Toledo
Western Michigan
The three programs they have faced from this conference all come from the East Division: Bowling Green, Miami (Ohio), and Ohio. North Carolina has had some success against this conference, as they are 8-3 combined against these three foes. Miami (Ohio) has had the most success against the Tar Heels, as they have handed them each of their three Mid-American Conference losses.
Maybe it’s time for the UNC football program to test its luck against some of these conference teams as they look to fill up their future schedules!
