Since the window to contact Class of 2025 prospects opened, Hubert Davis and the UNC basketball program have focused on some in-state products.

Hubert Davis and the UNC basketball coaching staff have been very active since the window to contact Class of 2025 prospects opened at midnight.

Some of the players they’ve contacted aren’t surprising, given that they have already received scholarship offers from the program. As more information comes along, we’ve found that the Tar Heels seem to be putting an emphasis on getting in contact with some of North Carolina’s top players.

First, we learned that the UNC basketball program contacted Sadiq White, who ranks No. 1 among in-state products. We also found out that the Tar Heels have also been in contact with Jackson Keith, another highly-ranked player from Durham, North Carolina.

Keith, a 6-foot-6 wing, is a four-star recruit that 247Sports ranks as the No. 46 overall player in his graduating class. He’s also viewed as the second-best prospect coming out of his home state.

The UNC basketball program, like most schools across the country, has been very active, especially given that the Class of 2025 has some very intriguing prospects. It’s certain that over the next few days, we’ll have some more clarity as to who Hubert Davis and his staff will be prioritizing as this class of talent looks for their future college homes.
