UNC basketball stars Armando Bacot and Deja Kelly are among six student-athletes to earn NIL deals with a major shoe brand company.

Armando Bacot and Deja Kelly continue to thrive in the NIL world.

Their latest endorsement deal comes with Crocs, as the UNC basketball duo are among six student-athletes to be part of their latest NIL class.

This partnership is another big-time endorsement for both Bacot and Kelly, as they continue to serve as two of the most marketable student-athletes within the college basketball world.

Bacot is currently putting together a historic senior season for the UNC basketball team, as he has re-written the program’s record books. Kelly, a first-team All-ACC selection, is the UNC women’s basketball team’s leading scorer, helping guide the Tar Heels to a top-25 ranking heading into this week’s ACC Tournament.

Crocs already is one of the most popular shoe brands in the world, as these partnerships with some big-time collegiate athletes should add even more to that. Now that Bacot and Kelly are both part of the Crocs team, it only makes sense for the company to release some North Carolina-inspired pairs of their popular clogs.

Future student-athletes should take note of what Armando Bacot and Deja Kelly have been able to accomplish with NIL partnerships. Their performance on the court has sparked various endorsement deals for each player, and based on what we’ve seen, this probably won’t be the last deal they’ll end up landing.
