UNC Football offers Class of 2024 offensive lineman Jack Hines
The UNC football program has been heavy on the recruiting trail, as they’ve extended an offer to offensive lineman prospect Jack Hines.
Mack Brown and the UNC football program continue to look for offensive line depth, as they’ve extended a scholarship offer to three-star Jack Hines.
According to 247Sports, Hines ranks as the No. 8 overall player in the state of Connecticut and is viewed as the No. 64 overall player at his position in his graduating class.
After his original high school, Tilton High in New Hampshire, dropped its football program after the 2021 season, Hines was forced to transfer. He ended up at Avon Old Farms in Connecticut, where his recruitment is starting to heat up.
Over the last month, Hines has picked up various offers, including a handful from ACC programs. Along with the UNC football program, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Wake Forest, and Florida State have also extended an offer to the 6-foot-7, 280-pound lineman.
Not only does Hines play football, but he also is a lacrosse player as well. Unlike in football, where he specializes on the offensive side of the ball, Hines is a defender on the lacrosse team.
