The Future

Although we all love the veteran players, why not see a lineup that gives us a better look at the team’s future:

Seth Trimble
D’Marco Dunn
Tyler Nickel/Dontrez Styles
Jalen Washington
Will Shaver

This group of Tar Heels features all current freshmen (including redshirt freshmen) as well as sophomores.

Hopefully, there are many opportunities that Davis can rest his starters in blowout contests. In these instances, it would be really cool to see some of the team’s youth playing extended minutes.

Next. Leaky "Lockdown" Black back for another season. dark
