Use the Team’s Size as an Advantage

This Tar Heels team has plenty of size, which makes this lineup a very interesting possibility:

Leaky Black
Dontrez Styles
Tyler Nickel
Pete Nance
Armando Bacot/Will Shaver

At 6-foot-6, Styles would be the shortest player on the court.

Why would this work? Well, for starters, Leaky Black could handle the point guard duties, and you have plenty of scoring options available.

Defensively, the length of this lineup would cause trouble for opposing offenses, as this unit could make it very difficult for the other team to score the basketball.

Now, this is a lineup that I would suggest for a couple of minutes at a time. With Black’s responsibilities on the defensive side of the court, I wouldn’t want to have him running the offense for too long of a time period.
