The UNC football program continues to look for offensive line depth, as they’ve made an offer to four-star Class of 2024 prospect Jameson Riggs.

Earlier this week, the UNC football program made an official offer to Jameson Riggs, a member of the Class of 2024.

Riggs becomes the eighth offensive lineman from the Class of 2024 that the Tar Heels have extended an offer to. The six-foot-5, 280-pound standout currently holds 18 Division I offers, according to 247Sports.

The Hiram, Georgia native has earned offers from some big-time programs, including Auburn, Clemson, Florida, and Michigan. He is currently ranked by 247Sports as the No. 15 overall offensive lineman in his class.

It’s still very early in the recruiting process for the Class of 2024, but the UNC football staff continues to make a push for some of the top athletes available. At this point, Mack Brown and his staff have already extended 47 offers to this respective class, as the hope is that they’ll be able to bring a haul of talent to Chapel Hill.

The battle for Riggs will be tough, as plenty of programs are involved in the mix. There’s also a very good possibility that more schools will throw their hat into the ring in an effort to land a commitment from him.
