Jordan Shipp

There’s already quite a connection between the aforementioned Barnhardt and Jordan Shipp.

Like Barnhardt, Shipp is a member of the Class of 2024 and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Both athletes compete for Providence Day School, as their offers from the Tar Heels came 11 days apart.

Shipp received his offer from North Carolina back on August 8. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound wide receiver prospect is rated as a three-star player, as 247Sports Composite views him as a top-10 player coming out of the state of North Carolina.

Unlike his current teammate, Shipp’s recruitment has seemed to settle down a bit over the last few months. After earning a handful of scholarship offers back in April and May, the Tar Heels offer is the first reported one since Coastal Carolina extended an offer back on May 24.

Heading into his junior season, expect his recruitment to heat back up once again.
