Simeon Wilcher of the UNC basketball recruiting Class of 2023 has put together two outstanding performances to kick off Peach Jam.

The Nike EYBL Peach Jam is underway at the Riverview Park Activities Center in North Augusta, South Carolina, as some of the top high school players are competing at this event.

One of those players is none other than UNC basketball recruiting commit Simeon Wilcher, who has been flat-out dominant over his first two games.

His AAU team, City Rocks, is off to a 2-0 record at Peach Jam, thanks in large part to Wilcher’s outstanding performances.

In the first contest, Wilcher came close to recording a triple-double, as he did a little bit of everything to help his team take home the victory.

Overall, the future Tar Heel finished with 14 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. In a balanced attack, Wilcher showed flashes of his above-average scoring ability.

To follow his strong first game, Wilcher was even better in his team’s second contest.

The five-star guard, rated by 247Sports Composite as the No. 14 overall player in his graduating class, made 10 of his 12 shots from the floor in a 30-point effort. To add to this, Wilcher also recorded five rebounds, four assists as well as two steals.

During the early part of Peach Jam, Wilcher has shown his ability to score the basketball in multiple ways. He’s showing off the unique skill set that has fans of the UNC basketball program very excited about his eventual arrival in Chapel Hill.
