WATCH: A special message for the UNC basketball program

Prior to tonight’s Final Four matchup against Duke, the UNC basketball program received a very special good luck message.

The UNC basketball program is preparing for its biggest game in quite some time, as they’ll take on rival Duke in the Final Four on Saturday night.

As the Tar Heels look to not only end coach Mike Krzyzewski’s farewell tour, they also have their sights set on competing in Monday night’s National Championship contest.

Needless to say, the UNC basketball program has received a ton of support, especially on social media. On Saturday afternoon, the team received a very special video message from their Carolina family.

Courtesy of the official North Carolina Athletics Twitter account (@GoHeels), the UNC Athletics teams took some time to create video messages to wish the men’s basketball program the best of luck as they begin the Final Four.

The video featured many Tar Heel student-athletes from the various programs that the university has to offer. Some notable speakers include Deja Kelly of the UNC women’s basketball program as well as Mack Brown (representing the UNC football team).

Based on the video, you can tell how hyped everyone is for this Final Four battle. As the players and coaches have represented the school with pride, it’s great to see that they have such tremendous support from their fellow student-athletes and other North Carolina Athletics programs.

Now, it’s time to all rally together to help the UNC basketball program continue this amazing journey.
