The future of the UNC Basketball program is in good hands as Hubert Davis has been able to land some big recruits in his short time as head coach. After keeping both recruits in the 2021 class, Davis is turning in a four-man class for 2022 headlined by a few big names.

Among them is Seth Trimble out of Wisconsin.

The four-star recruit is among the top players in the 2022 class, ranking No. 33 overall, the No. 5 point guard and No. 1 player in the state of 247Sports. He picked North Carolina over a total of 14 offers but in the end it came down to the Tar Heels and Badgers.

Entering his senior year at Menomonee Falls, Trimble is a prospect on the rise and could really up his stock before the recruiting period is over. And he’s off to a good start so far through two games.

Trimble has scored 22 points in both games so far for Menomonee Falls this year as the team is 1-1 early on. He opened up the year with a 22-point performance in a win over Whitnall a team that features Tyler Herro’s littler brothers Myles and Austin. Trimble was able to help Menomonee Falls get their first win in an early season showdown.

Despite losing on Thursday to the No. 1 ranked team in the state in Division 2, Trimble once again had a good performance with 22 points. Check out some highlights of Trimble below:

If Trimble can keep this up, he will certainly see his stock rise and potentially get close to five star status in the 2022 class.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound recruit will be one to watch this year before he gets on UNC’s campus and from there he should be an instant fan favorite in Chapel Hill next season.
