Ty Chandler

We didn’t see much of Ty Chandler on Senior Day, but we saw enough for the senior to accomplish a very significant personal achievement.

Chandler became the 31st Tar Heel to rush for 1,000 yards in a single season. It marks the first time in his collegiate career that he amassed 1,000 rushing yards over one season of play.

Of course, you can read more on Chandler’s accomplishment here,  but we would be remiss if we did not include him in this week’s helmet sticker honorees. Chandler simply answered every question we had regarding the running game heading into the season, as he developed into a tremendous three-down back for the Tar Heels offensive attack.
