Here’s our helmet sticker recipients for this week’s UNC football contest against ACC foe Florida State.

Brutal. Just brutal.

What more can you say at this point?

The UNC football program suffered yet another disappointing loss, as they dropped a home contest against Florida State, a team that came into the day with a 1-4 record. After earning an early 10-0 lead, the Tar Heels couldn’t slow down the Seminoles, as they were outscored 35-15 throughout the remainder of the game.

We all hoped that last week’s blowout victory against Duke would serve as the turning point for this team, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Within a six-week span, this group went from a team that many thought could make some noise in the ACC and the nation, to a team that you simply don’t know what to expect when they step onto the field each week.

Regardless of the team’s play, at least the Keeping It Heel team remains consistent. Win or lose, we will continue to give out helmet stickers to the team’s top performers for the given week. Of course, the task is much harder when the team loses — and loses that bad — but we came up with a few guys who had standout performances on Saturday.
