Find out which UNC football players earned helmet sticker honors for the Tar Heels’ first win of the 2021 season.

The UNC football program is back in the win column!

After a very disappointing performance in their season-opener against Virginia Tech last weekend, the Tar Heels bounced back in a big way, picking up a 42-point blowout victory over the Georgia State Panthers in front of a raucous crowd at Kenan Memorial Stadium on Saturday night.

There were a few players who had standout performances for the Tar Heels in their first home game of the season, beginning with the guy who started the season as a heavy favorite for the Heisman Trophy. That’s where our list of helmet stick honorees begins tonight, as it was Howell at the middle of the Tar Heels’ 607-yard offensive outburst that resulted in eight touchdowns and a field goal in a 59-17 drubbing.
