Trey Morrison

The Tar Heels defense was shaky at the start of the game, as they allowed an opening drive touchdown and allowed the Hokies to drive down the field on their following possession.

Virginia Tech made their way into the red zone in hopes of extending their lead, but Trey Morrison had other plans.

The senior made a huge play, forcing a fumble which would be recovered by teammate Ja’Qurious Conley. This play not only got the Tar Heels offense the ball back, but halted the Hokies from taking a commanding early lead.

At the given time, it was a huge play at a much needed time from the veteran defensive back.
