Beau Corrales

By far, this week serves as Beau Corrales best performance so far this season.

Coming into this week’s action, Corrales had a total of 9 receptions for 97 yards. In this game, the senior from Georgetown, Texas had four catches for 141 yards and a score, and made two of the game’s biggest plays for the Tar Heels.

The first big play came near the end of the third quarter. Corrales hauled in a 33-yard pass from quarterback Sam Howell for a score, which cut the Seminoles lead to just 10 and thus gave the Tar Heels additional life heading into the final quarter.

The second big play from Corrales came on the team’s final drive. Howell targeted Corrales down the sideline, and the senior was able to make a tough catch to extend the Tar Heels drive.

Corrales made some big plays for the Tar Heels on Saturday, which is why he is well-deserving of some helmet stickers for this week’s contest.
