UNC has unveiled their jersey combination for the game against Old Dominion as they seek their first win

Well the North Carolina Tar Heels will try again in hopes of earning their first win of the 2017 college football season.

After giving up 700-plus yards of offense to Louisville, the Tar Heels dropped to 0-2 on the young season and put their bowl game hopes in jeopardy.

Now, UNC hits the road for the first time all season and are hoping to get a win over Old Dominion on Saturday afternoon.

More from UNC Football

UNC and Old Dominion are wrapping up a home-and-home series that was last played in 2013 when the Tar Heels dominated at Kenan Memorial Stadium.

But this will be an early season test for the Tar Heels due to their 0-2 start. ODU will be no pushover and if the Tar Heels aren’t careful, they could fall to 0-3 on the year.

It’s also a game before a rivalry game against Duke. The Tar Heels and Blue Devils will be playing earlier than they ever have before this year and UNC will need to win that game to keep their bowl chances alive.

As we continue to countdown the days to kickoff, UNC unveiled its jersey combo for Saturday’s game.

The Tar Heels are going with a look we haven’t seen them wear this year yet, changing it up from the previous two games.

UNC will wear their blue helmets, white jerseys and white pants for the game as they showed it on Twitter:

In the previous two games, UNC has gone with their traditional blue jerseys for the home and it hasn’t been good luck.

Here is UNC’s record for previous games in jersey combinations this season:

This will be the first time we see the new white jerseys in the Jordan Brand era as well.
