UNC Basketball: ACC Men's Basketball rankings for the week of January 15

The Orange did pick up that win over Boston College last week with a 69-59 home victory over the Eagles. However, the Orange stayed true to their trend of losing and losing big against teams ranked ahead of them in the ACC.

Entering the week, the Orange had two ACC losses to Virginia and Duke, and both were by 20 or more points. The Orange headed to North Carolina to face last week's No. 1 ranked ACC team and it was more of the same, and worse.

The Orange got ran out of the Dean E. Smith Center as the UNC Basketball team completely dominated them in every category in a 103-67 loss for Syracuse. They looked like a team that had no interest in even being on the same floor as the Tar Heels.

The Orange can still find their way back into the top 10 but have a long way to go and need to show much improvement along the way. A trip to Pittsburgh on Tuesday and a home date with Miami on Saturday await the Orange this week.
