
The son of former NBA player Sarunas Marciulonis sparks a team that is a poor man's version of Virginia, ranking 358th in the nation in tempo and 359th in average length of possessions. Augustas underwent a dramatic turnaround in his junior year. After averaging only 5 points per game in his sophomore year, he blossomed into the West Coast Conference Player of the Year and helped lead the Gaels to a sweep of the WCC regular season and tournament titles. He's a big reason the Gaels finished 15th in the final AP Poll.
