The UNC basketball program returned to the Smith Center after nearly a week off. The team went home for Christmas and returned to start ACC play against Florida State, but the Tar Heels didn’t look so light on their feet. The game was marred by periods of inefficiency and downright sloppy play, but behind a turbo-powered Caleb Wilson, Seth Trimble (when he wasn’t colliding with the baseline fans and photographers), and a late, but welcome to the party, Henri Veesaar, North Carolina stood on business and won by 13.
