It has taken maybe 17 minutes tops for North Carolina star Caleb Wilson to do exactly what he did with the Tar Heels fanbase: win over everyone, but this time in Chicago. From the moment the Bulls took him with the No. 4 overall pick, Wilson made it more than clear that he was going to do everything to live up to the hype.

On top of that too, he wants to make sure he doesn't run away from the comparisons to Michael Jordan, the greatest player of all time (yes, over LeBron James). Wilson isn't running away from things there, taking that buzz to a new level on social media. As you'll be able to see in the photo below, the youngster has the goal in mind of bringing Chicago the same success that Jordan did while he was in town:

Caleb Wilson makes it clear he's serious about his chase of Michael Jordan's greatness

Anyone else get chills seeing Wilson admire the Jordan statue like that? Wilson is talking the talk right now, hoping that he can back things there the right way. Straight up, no one is going to expect Wilson to 100 percent reach Jordan's level. Expecting Wilson to lead the Bulls to six NBA Finals wins isn't realistic.

However, the former 5-star playmaker has a ton of confidence, and he's going to give his everything to get Chicago out of the level it's currently playing in. Last season for the Bulls was nothing short of a disaster, with the historic franchise going 31-51 in the regular season. For Chicago to finish 20 games under .500 should never be the case.

The brutal campaign led to Billy Donovan and the organization parting ways. Since then, Tiago Splitter has taken over, and his top priority will be to help develop Wilson, who has immediately provided the city with a jolt of excitement. This comes as no surprise, as the 6-10 forward indeed did the same thing when he arrived on campus in Chapel Hill.

Once Wilson started suiting up too, he was a joy to watch, setting multiple UNC freshman records. This included him taking down Tyler Hansbrough for the most 20-point games by a freshman in Carolina history. Despite Wilson not playing in the NCAA Tournament due to a thumb injury, that took nothing away from his brilliant year in Tar Heel blue.

His season was surely highlighted by the upset win over Duke at the Dean Dome, with Seth Trimble burying the game-winning 3-pointer that people will never forget. Now, Wilson is ready to provide the Carolina faithful with even more great memories, but he'll be doing so in a Bulls jersey. With him honoring MJ like this, and also showing UNC a ton of love, it just makes him so easy to root for even if he's no longer with the program. Wilson has all the tools to be a stud at the next level, and things are made better knowing his love for the Tar Heels isn't going anywhere.
