Boston College beats Pittsburgh (Thursday Night)

Similar to the previous scenario with Virginia beating Duke, this one isn’t a game that would eliminate the Tar Heels if the Panthers win, but more so one that is a safety blanket if Duke were to beat Virginia and Pittsburgh.

According to @RealCardGame on X in the tweet on the first slide of this article, the last part of the scenario includes Boston College beating Pittsburgh as an alternative to Duke winning one of their final two games (but not both).

If you are one that believes the Blue Devils have no shot at losing either of their final two games, given after their performance in Kenan Stadium last Saturday, no one would blame you for thinking that; this would be a good alternative.

The Eagles are currently 6-4 on the season and coming off a 48-22 loss at home against Virginia Tech. Prior to that loss, they had won five consecutive games.

This will be the first ACC game of the week, so while it’s last on the list in this cheering guide, UNC Football fans should probably be pulling for the Eagles on Thursday night, just in case everything else falls into place through the weekend – especially if Duke were to win its game against the Cavaliers.

Boston College and Pittsburgh will kick off on Thursday night at 7:00 PM on ESPN.
