As UNC Football prepares for its final home game of the 2023 season, we have some notable pregame injury notes ahead of tonight’s game.

As the UNC Football program gets ready to play the final home game of the 2023 season in a rivalry match-up with the Duke Blue Devils, there are some notable injury updates that Tar Heel fans may be interested in.

First, the UNC Football offense could see a return this week from Nate McCollum. McCollum missed the Campbell game last week with a lower-body injury. A return could be a huge boost to the Tar Heel passing game against the Blue Devils on Saturday night.

Speaking of the Tar Heel passing game… is Drake Maye dealing with a leg injury? Maye was seen pregame with a sleeve on his left leg that he has not worn during this season.

First reported by Michael Koh with WCHL, it’s worth noting that Maye could just be wearing a sleeve just to wear it, and it could be nothing. It’s something that UNC Football fans should keep an eye on throughout the evening, though, especially if it appears Maye is more hesitant to scramble.
