A number of former UNC basketball players will be in attendance when the Tar Heels take on the Blue Devils in the Final Four.

The North Carolina Tar Heels are preparing for one of their biggest and certainly most talked-about NCAA Tournament games in program history. The game, one that’s being touted as the most important in a storied rivalry that spans more than a century, is one-half of this year’s Final Four in New Orleans.

Along with the thousands of fans that will be in attendance and the millions watching on TV, a number of UNC basketball alums will be on hand at the Caesars Superdome to take in the spectacle. It’s a group of former Tar Heels that spans many decades and includes some of the program’s most beloved players.

Below is a full list of the North Carolina basketball alums that we expect to see in the stands on Saturday night.

Pete Chilcutt

Of course, that’s nowhere near the amount of former Duke players that showed up for Coach K’s final home game at Cameron Indoor Stadium, but that might be a good thing. After all, the Tar Heels nearly ran the Blue Devils out of the gym that night and all the former Dukies in the world couldn’t do anything to stop it.
