Anthony Harris

Harris would have an “F” if it weren’t for his defensive effort against Michael Devoe when Leaky Black wasn’t on the court. Although he was used sparingly, his performance there was admirable, but he didn’t do much else. In 14 minutes of game time, he gave the Tar Heels just two points, one assist and two fouls.

D

Dawson Garcia

Garcia had his worst game of the season against Georgia Tech, scoring a season-low two points on 0-for-1 from the field and 2-for-2 at the free throw line. He only played 13 minutes, which is peculiar in and of itself, so that obviously has something to do with his lack of production against the Yellow Jackets. Still, though, he managed just one rebound and one assist during that time?

F

Kerwin Walton

I can’t say much more about Kerwin Walton than I already have. His minutes continue to decline, and so do his contributions to this team. Against Georgia Tech, Walton played just seven minutes, and gave the Tar Heels…one personal foul. No seriously, that’s the only thing in his entire stat line.

And no, that’s not surprising given his lack of play on Sunday, but it’s not all that dissimilar from his past four games — a stretch in which he’s scored just 10 points in 87 minutes on 4-for-20 shooting from the floor and 2-for-13 from three-point range. He also managed to haul in just six rebounds and three assists during that miserable stretch.
