Caleb Foster (2023)

Another in-state recruit on the list is Harrisburg native Caleb Foster. The 6-foot-2, 170-pound point guard currently plays at Oak Hill Academy but grew up right outside of the Charlotte area and is an intriguing guard that UNC fans should keep an eye on.

Foster has yet to land an offer from UNC but does have a total of 7 offers including from Illinois, Tennessee and Louisville. His recruitment is starting to take off a bit with multiple programs reaching out in the contact period. We are unable to confirm if Foster has heard from UNC just yet in this period but there has been interest in the past.

With Caleb Love likely leaving after his sophomore or junior year, North Carolina needs to fill in some depth spots on the roster. Landing Foster would give them a five-star point guard that has the ability to not only facilitate in the offense but score as well. Something that UNC loves to have with their guards running the offense.
