G.G. Jackson (2023)

North Carolina first started showing interest in Greg “G.G.” Jackson a few months back and once the open contact period began on June 15th, Hubert Davis wasted no time.

Not only did Davis contact Jackson during the period but he also officially offered the recruit on Tuesday night. Jackson becomes the third player to earn an offer in the 2023 class joining Dillingham and Bronny James.

Jackson is a prospect that North Carolina is really intrigued by and can see fitting into their offensive system. The 6-foot-8, 210-pound power forward brings versatility to his game and is not only a legit scorer but is good on the boards and the defensive end of the floor as well.

He currently has a total of nine offers with UNC, NC State, College of Charleston, Maryland, and LSU all offering on Tuesday. Plus, Duke is also showing interest in Jackson as his recruitment is starting to pick up.

The Tar Heels are certainly a team to watch in this recruitment moving forward.
