(6) Patrick Baldwin, Jr. Small Forward

The Wisconsin native is one of the top players in the 2021 recruiting class, ranking No. 1 overall in the 247 Sports Composite rankings. He cut down his list of offers down to 10 finalists back in May and included the Tar Heels on that list.

But Baldwin Jr. landing in Chapel Hill is a long shot.

Nothing that we have heard or anything that has been reported makes us think that he would eventually pick the Tar Heels. Instead, Baldwin could land in North Carolina but instead he could be headed to Durham and hated rival Duke as they are the favorites right now.

The small forward also listed Milwaukee and Northwestern in his Top 10, due to connects with his father Patrick Baldwin Sr. who played for the Wildcats and coaches at Milwaukee. But could they pull him away from Blue Blood Duke? That might be UNC’s best hope in this one.
