A look at which UNC Basketball targets we feel good about by ranking them in terms of best chances they land in Chapel Hill

The 2021 recruiting class is a big one for Roy Williams and the UNC Basketball program as they are coming off a top 2 class in 2020. With some holes to fill on the roster, the Tar Heels are hoping to add to the class.

Currently they have just one commitment in 2021, landing four-star power forward Dontrez Styles back in April. But Williams and his staff have offers out to some of the most talented players in the class at key positions.

As it stands now, the Tar Heels have six active offers out to recruits in the 2021 class after five-star point guard Kennedy Chandler picked Tennessee on August 14th, Trevor Keels eliminating UNC and Harrison Ingram picking Stanford. With Chandler off the board, landing a guard now becomes that much more important for Williams and his staff. They do have some solid options but if they can’t bring one in, they could be in trouble down the line.

Let’s take a look at which recruits we think have the best chance to end up at Chapel Hill and pick the Tar Heels when their recruitment is all done.
