A look at some recruiting updates for the UNC Basketball program here in the month of April as there is a quiet period set by the NCAA

We are currently in a quiet period for college recruiting due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is hitting the world. It’s uncharted territory for a lot of colleges in multiple sports in college, making recruiting a little more difficult.

For the North Carolina Tar Heels’ basketball program, Roy Williams has already landed a Top 3 class for 2020 signing five prospects that includes three five-star players. But Williams hopes to add to that class with one target remaining.

The month of April is only two weeks old but already there was a lot of recruiting news in college basketball that involved the Tar Heels. Some dominos could start to fall for UNC and the 2020 class plus 2021 targets have also expressed their thoughts on the Tar Heels’ program.

It should be an interesting next few months in the recruiting cycle and the Tar Heels could benefit from some recent decisions. We decided to look over that as well as provide updates on the 2021 class here in early April.

Let’s get into our recruiting update for the first two weeks of April and what it means for the Tar Heels moving forward.
