UNC Basketball: 2020 ACC Tournament Bracket
By Zack Pearson
The UNC Basketball program now turns their attention to the 2020 Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament which begins on Tuesday
The North Carolina Tar Heels saw their three-game win streak come to an end on Saturday in Durham, losing by 13 to Duke in the regular season finale.
Saturday’s loss to Duke drooped the Tar Heels to 13-18 overall and 6-14 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. It also marked the first time in Roy Williams’ 31 seasons that he will end with a losing record.
That 13-18 overall record and the struggles the Tar Heels have had, it’s unlikely we will see them in the NCAA Tournament this March. UNC would have to do the unthinkable and win five games in five days in Greensboro to win the ACC Tournament and punch an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. But stranger things have happened before, right?
With the ACC regular season ending on Saturday, the official bracket for the 2020 ACC Tournament is set and action will begin on Tuesday. Here’s a look at the schedule with a champion being crowned next week.

As you see above, UNC has the tough challenge of playing five games in five days if they want to punch their ticket to the tournament. They are on the No. 2 and No. 3 seed side of the bracket and could possibly have to go through Louisville and then Virginia before reaching the finals.
