National recruiting analyst predicts where these 5-star UNC basketball recruiting targets will go

Keeping It Heel wrote earlier this week about a number of 5-star prospects from the class of 2020 that hold offers from the University of North Carolina, but aren’t likely to sign with the Tar Heels.

Among those high-profile recruiting targets are Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green, Greg Brown and Isaiah Todd. Each is a consensus top-20 prospect in the class, and potential lottery pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. Despite our feelings about the likelihood of any of the aforementioned players to commit to the Tar Heels, national recruiting analyst Corey Evans still feels like North Carolina could play a role in their respective recruitments.

According to Evans, the Tar Heels still have a shot at all four players, although varying levels of probability apply to each. In his latest recruiting roundup, Evans highlights the programs recruiting each of the players, as well as current favorites and where the Tar Heels stand.

We’ll take a look at them individually, and compare our thoughts to his.
