After a bumpy non-conference slate, the UNC Basketball program begins ACC play but where will they finish when it’s all said and done?

With more questions than answers heading into the gauntlet of the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Tar Heels still have a lot to prove and work on, before we start talking about them making a deep run in March.

With a 10-3 record, the most losses heading into conference play since the 2014-15 season, the Tar Heels still have a lot of opportunities for good wins to enhance their resume, but there are also a lot of opportunities for losses as well.

Projected to have seven games against ranked opponents as of now, five of those games will be at home for Carolina.

WIth five matchups being home-and-home season series, they also have all but one away game grouped back-to-back with another.

Having five other teams ranked in the top 25 in the most recent AP poll, the fight for the regular season conference champions will be a constant battle throughout the entire season.

Here is a breakdown of the Tar Heels schedule and how I think they will rank when it’s all said and done.
