With the New Year approaching, the Tar Heels have a few resolutions to make the team and program better for the future.

There is always a lot to be grateful for as a Tar Heel around the holiday season but it’s always important to set their goals high for the upcoming year.

Whether it be ‘winning a national championship’ or ‘signing this recruit’, Carolina Basketball is always striving to get better in every way possible.

In 2018 there were a lot of positives but also negatives as well, some of which we don’t need to discuss, but 2019 brings a whole new year.

With Roy Williams now signed for ‘life’, we move our sights on to some other parts of the Carolina program that should have some New Year’s resolutions for 2019.

Here are my top five resolutions for the Tar Heels as a team, currently, and a program as a whole moving forward into the 2019 year.
