Final Thoughts

As long as the Tar Heels stick to their game and don’t get caught up in adjusting to Texas’ tempo, I look for them to get by the Longhorns after a hard fought game, but by double digits.

After that, its a coin flip in my eyes who they will play next. Both Michigan State and UCLA bring different dimensions to the game that could effect the Tar Heels, but either way I see Carolina taking care of business and celebrating at the end of the week with another Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational title.

Whatever happens, this is a chance for the Tar Heels to pick up some wins against quality teams early on in the season and improve their resume.

Next. Anthony Edwards will reclassify to 2019. dark
