UNC Basketball: Some memorable Late Night With Roy moments

Theo Pinson and Joel Berry dance off

Both Theo Pinson and Joel Berry entered UNC as part of the same recruiting class back in 2014 along with Justin Jackson.

It’s one of the best classes Roy Williams has had in recent years at UNC as they have reached the Final Four twice and won the national championship in 2017.

While Jackson left for the NBA, Pinson and Berry decided to stay for their senior seasons. The duo is looking to repeat as national champions and leave an even bigger legacy at the school.

Both will be participating in their fourth Late Night With Roy event this Friday but for this moment we go back to 2016 when they had a dance battle.

Pinson gets the dance battle started as he hides in a circle of his teammates. He then breaks out and busts some moves , including a signature dance that Jackson likes to do.

But when Pinson was finished, the dancing wasn’t over.

Berry then got into the action as he was dressed as a sailor for a skit. The point guard busted out some impressive moves of his own and had some help from some teammates.

Pinson stole the show at the end, getting a very loud ovation from the crowd as he busted another move.

Overall the skit was fun and got the crowd really into the event. We can only hope to expect more dancing from the duo this year.
