Kennedy Meeks and Nate Britt worked out for some teams ahead of the 2017 NBA Draft in June

The 2017 NBA Draft is just under a month away with the latest prospects taking the first step in getting into the league.

For the North Carolina Tar Heels, the lost Kennedy Meeks, Isaiah Hicks and Nate Britt to graduation while Tony Bradley Jr. and Justin Jackson both left early.

Jackson could be a lottery pick with projections having him in the top 16 and Bradley is a fringe first round pick according to some mock drafts.

But the other three? Well some mocks have them going undrafted and some have Meeks going late in the second round.

As they prepare for the draft they will work out for numerous NBA teams. We’ve already provided a list of teams that Bradley has worked out for and now we have some information for Meeks and Britt.

On Memorial Day, Meeks worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers and then followed it up with a workout with the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday:

Meeks averaged 12.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 1 assist per game in his senior season at North Carolina.

He improved each year as a member of the Tar Heels and lost a lot of weight from his freshman year to now, becoming a big factor in Roy Williams’ offense. Meeks had a key rebound in the final seconds of UNC’s Final Four win over Oregon and a block against Gonzaga in the National Championship.

As for Britt, the point guard is projected to go undrafted but will likely sign on for a Summer League team.

On Tuesday, Britt worked out for the Toronto Raptors:

Britt averaged 4.5 points, 2.4 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game as a senior for the Tar Heels serving as a backup to Joel Berry. The guard has been working on his game since leaving UNC and hopes to catch on somewhere.
