Center: Tony Bradley Jr./ Brandon Huffman

The starter at this position fully depends on the decision of Tony Bradley Jr.

Bradley will be at the NBA Combine this week, but will not be participating in 5-on-5 drills, which might imply he has some sort of guarantee from a front office. Bradley is not currently listed in the first round on DraftExpress.

We know for the most part what we will get out of Bradley, so let’s discuss Brandon Huffman a little bit.

Huffman is a 6-foot-9 center from Raleigh, NC. He spent his senior season at Word of God High School in Raleigh.

Despite being rated a three-star recruit by most, and a four-star by a few sites, Huffman dominated in his senior season at Word of God.

He finishes strong around the rim with an array of dunks. Huffman also has a knack for gobbling up rebounds.

He certainly will not be a guy who comes in and averages a double-double, but Huffman can carve out space, and average a few points a game while doing the small things.

Sure, it would be extremely nice to have Tony Bradley back, and it would probably make this team a top ten team. But do not be discouraged if he does not return.

The Heels will be in capable hands with or without the big man from Florida.
