Lydon came back to Syracuse despite many feeling he would’ve been a first round pick last year. Lydon helped the Orange make it to the Final Four last season and was expected to do big things. In turn, he had a good season and was rewarded with All-ACC honorable mention status.

In 31 games, he finished with 13.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, two assists, and 1.4 blocks per game. Lydon’s total rebounds were tops on his team and were also top-five in the ACC. Lydon was also top-five in total minutes played as well as top-10 in total blocks.

Lydon’s best game came on Saturday, January 28th in a win over Florida State. In that game, Lydon finished with a double-double, grabbing 11 rebounds and scoring 14 points. Lydon also had six blocks in that game, a season high.

Bradley is the final Tar Heel to make this list after having a splendid freshman season. In 30 games Bradley averaged 7.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in just over 15 minutes per contest. Despite not gaining any votes for ACC Freshman of the Year, Bradley did finish top-five in the ACC in intangibles percentage.
