No. 3: Donovan Mitchell (Louisville)

The most athletic guard in the ACC, if not the country, is Donovan Mitchell. One of the best all around guards, Mitchell leads the ACC in steals per game (2.1) and is 12th in scoring at 16.1 points a game.

In addition to his 16.1 points, he is averaging 4.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. The 6-foot-3 sophomore has taken a huge step up in his game from his freshman year. Shooting only 25 percent from three last year, he is up to 38 percent this year.

This has given the Cardinals a true go-to scorer that they desperately needed after the departure of Damion Lee.

Struggling early on this year, Mitchell has come alive as of late. In ACC play (16 games), he is averaging 19 points per game, including 20.2 points in the month of February (7 games).
