UNC and Duke have had some all-time great battles in Chapel Hill, but find out which home wins vs Duke top the list.

It is Carolina-Duke week again. Following the last game in the series, Carolina will be looking for revenge against the Blue Devils.

The last time the Heels beat Duke in Chapel Hill was a little over three years ago, on February 20, 2014. The Heels will be looking to add to this list of the top home wins vs Duke.

Overall, the Heels have been in a slump against Duke. Duke has won seven of the last ten in the series, causing them to dominate the national narrative. But inside the rivalry, things could not be closer.

In the last 97 meetings, Duke leads the series 49-to-48, and have only outscored the Heels by eight points in that span.

Many things come to mind when you think Duke vs UNC in Chapel Hill, both good and bad. Of course everybody thinks of Marvin Williams put back dunk in 2005.

Or maybe you think of eight points in seventeen seconds.

The best to me has to be nailing two free throws while looking like a battered warrior with blood rolling down his cheek.

Sometimes the memories hurt, like Austin Rivers hitting a game winner in his only visit to Chapel Hill. But maybe Matt Doherty, and Chris Collins getting into a scuffle on the sideline is your favorite memory.

Either way, Carolina vs Duke always brings back the best sports memories. Lets take a look back at some of UNC’s best wins in the Dean Dome against Duke.
