Five-star commit Jalek Felton on campus for official visit

Having committed to the University of North Carolina nearly two years ago, Jalek Felton is as solid of a verbal commit as you will find.

With official visits left to burn through though, he took a trip to UNC last weekend to visit the campus that he’ll call home beginning in the summer of 2017.

Felton, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound combo guard is the nephew of former UNC point guard and national champion Raymond Felton.

Even in a loaded UNC back court, Felton projects as a potential starter from the time he gets on campus. He’s a talented ball-handler, passer and scorer who should fit in extremely well in Roy Williams’ fast-paced system.
