He is also the third Tar Heels September Call-up. Like his predecessors, Stallings didn’t do too much in September. He only appeared in four games, though he started one. He did take advantage of his time though, getting five hits in seven at bats. As the Pirates transition more to rebuild, Stallings might be a good fit for their future catcher. </p>.
