team. 43.
July Stats: 11.1 IP, 10 ER, 10 SO, 1 HLD, 0-1 record with a 7.94 ERA

August Stats: 13 IP, 6 ER, 12 SO, 4 HLD, 1-1 record with a 4.15 ERA

Unlike Miller, Warren’s deadline move was not so great. Warren went from the MLB best Cubs to the middling Yankees.

However, the trade has been good for Warren statistically. Warren had his best month in innings pitched, strikeouts, holds recorded, and appearances.

He recorded more than twice as many appearances in August than in July and started the month pitching nine scoreless innings.
. . . Adam Warren. RP

Well that does it for August. The Heel count stays at five with the addition of Morin back to MLB play. September is a month of call-ups and with five former Heels in AAA, there is a good chance this list is a little longer by the end of next month.

So enjoy the last month as teams fight for that last spot or tank for that top pick and root, root, root for Heels in the Pros.
