August has come and gone and with it another month in the MLB. How did former Heels do this month?

August was a busy month.

Preseason started in Football.

The regular season started in College Football, in Australia of all places.

Colin Kaepernick took a stand by taking a seat and either elated or enraged Americans by doing it.

The Olympics happened in Brazil with America dominating Basketball, Michael Phelps dominating the pool, and Ryan Lochte doing less than intelligent things.

Oh and they played another month of baseball. So with September already upon us and college football running hard, here are how former Tar Heels did in the MLB.
